  I have had terrible experiences in branch the last 2 years and today was my first good experience in a while. I have kept some accounts here but due to past experiences I have moved most to another bank. I can't recommend this company or branch but you could get one of the few great employees during daytime hours and hopefully it's a change that I can stand behind this branch again in future

  Excellent Customer Service from Manager Peter Lofstrand. I was trying to book an appointment with a manager last minute with the bank teller but couldn't get one right away, and he stepped over to help me answer some important questions I had even though it was the end of the day and the bank was going to be closing soon. He went above and beyond and I was very thankful.

  Great customer service i was at home and I called the customer services and an agent name Wendy helped me throughout the phone call I asked her how long have you working for she told me it’s her second day she was really professional,very happy to be a scotia customer.
