I am from Vancouver, British Columbia and have never met a more honourable man that Sam Nguyen.

When he told me about his workplace, I advised him that I have had my very first car since I was a teenager and was restoring it after almost 50 years.

I would never just let my car be touched by someone I didn't trust. After negotiations, I decided to let Sam restore my car. It is a 1973 Toyota Celica, a car you will hardly ever find, because they are so rare. I drove to Edmonton, and left the car with him to repaint the exterior.

It was late summer and we needed to get the car back to Vancouver before the early winter set in. Sam delivered the car like it had come off the showroom floor.

I am truly indebted for his gracious workmanship and would highly recommend any person or business that needs any work done on their automobiles that Downtown Auto Repair, owned by Sam Nguyen is the place to go. I am able to say that you will not be disappointed in your experience with Sam. 10 out of 10!

Downtown Auto Repair was so fast getting my mirror on, and Sammy is one of the most friendly people I've ever met. I was on a bit of a time sensitive deal, and I told him to take his time and that for something like my mirror being smashed that I wasn't in a rush and he still got me in and out in 45 minutes. I highly recommend this place, not only is the service really good but the prices are incredibly Fair.

Sam is amazing. I was prepared to bring my car in and pay him to re-do a repair on my bumper that I had fixed elsewhere 4 years ago.

He would not take my money instead he took the time to explain the process I should go through with my insurance company to get it repaired for free.

I followed his advice.

He puts his customer, not the dollar first.
