Oxford Bay Condominiums

Very quiet almost 95% adult building.
Well taken care of grounds and I side.
Beutiful flowers each hear in front planted by I'm not sure who but they do a wonderful job.
I like living here, mostly owners so everyone is caring and Freindly.

One reviewer ( Dennis Flores ) commented the walls scratched and the rugs are torn and smelly??? Hey that's so untrue! This place is absolutely immaculate!

Very clean building.

Very lovely condo units. Basements are such that they offer hotel like suites that can be independent of the rest of the living space with walk out access. The nearby lake is nice for watching birds and an easy walking path surrounds it. Not much for guest parking but street parking is close and available.

It's a pretty nice condo.
Elevators (2) have trouble too often in my opinion.
A guest is only allowed to park overnight once per month which is really difficult when there is rarely a spot on the street due to all the surrounding homes.
All in all it's clean and quiet.

Decent visitor parking. Building looks new. I only picked up someone and didn't go inside. But from the outside it looked like an attractive place to live.
