Dr. Loptaka is an excellent physician. My kids adore her. She is quick but extremely thorough. She has a manner that immediately makes you feel at ease, its almost like she is a mind reader, it's like she has seen this before and it will be "okay". If anything requires additional follow up she has always provided us with extremely prompt referrals to specialists of the highest quality. I can't say enough positive things about her practice. My kids have been with her for 11 years and I trust her completely.
She always takes the time to answer my questions. She genuinely seems concerned if my children are sick and has called me personally to check on my child. She is very knowledgeable but will refer to a specialist if she feels the need.
I highly recommend this pediatrician. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and has great bedside manner. But like other drs at this office their receptionists are AWFUL. But the drs are great. And that's what matters the most.
She has cared for my kids for the last dozen years. She is always very caring, thorough, and professional and has referred to other professionals when necessary.
