I had an absolutely amazing experience with Team Ford Service! All the staff was very kind and they got my oil change and other maintenance done so quickly! They also set me up with a FREE rental so I could get to work the morning I dropped off my Expedition!! It was flawless service, I would highly recommend coming to Team Ford for both Sales and Service!

I went two days ago to look for a vehicle with my girlfriend. We did not have an appointment but did have one used vehicle we had found online and wanted to see. Immediately upon entering the building we were greeted and met with Sales Associate Olga Gavrilov. She was very friendly and immediately located the vehicle we wanted to see. Afterwards she found another in our price range. We ended up purchasing the second vehicle after the test drive.

Olga was very friendly and made the purchase relaxing and not stressful whatsoever. Her manager offered it to us at a lower rate without us even asking.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience. I have never bought here before but would highly recommend it to anyone in the market. Team Ford clearly runs a very customer friendly business who’s goal is to get you in the vehicle of your choice. Process was efficient, vehicles were clean and staff friendly. Very positive experience.

We live in Airdrie and we searched all over Alberta to find the truck and price we wanted and Team Ford came through. Trace made the transaction simple and effortless. Tom was very helpful in finance and we also got a helping hand from Rob to get the deal we wanted done. Thanks guys! It was worth the drive!! We Love our new Ford F-150!!
