This is my very favourite Mucheals in all of Edmonton. It's the only one where the employees don't follow you around like your stealing the entire store!

Love Michael's, offer course my husband would not agree. It is entirely too easy to spend too much money there. Used their curb side pick up, it was a bit of a wait but I didn't get it have to venter in the store.

The staff are doing an awesome job at dealing with COVID and keeping customers and employees as safe as possible. The store is pretty empty. They have a limit of 40 customers, but there was no line to get in. An employee greets you at the door and can point you in the right direction for what you're looking for to cut down on the time in the store. There are clearly marked places to stand while lined up. They have lots of hand sanitizer at the doors.

Loving the updated custom framing options. The service rep at the desk was extremely helpful in providing options for the frames and made the experience easy and fun. Getting 60% off sale was a bonus.

This place is great for almost everything crafty you might need. Their selections are great except for some reason they never have all sizes of crochet hooks, always so many sizes missing and same result when I check. Never go without the discount coupons they provide because it is a little expensive for most everything. Their store sales are good and staff are friendly and helpful. ?
