This is a nice open mall area. Small but a good selection of stores and services and restaurants. It is part of the 137 Ave retail district starting about 120 Street to 142 Street so as part of the larger whole there is good selection of any service or retail store or restaurant you may want. The lot is well cared for and regularly cleared in the winter

1 it's connected to other shopping locations both East and West and if you know where the exits are to the north you don't have to take 137th Ave if you don't want to.
2 People complaining about parking are just that: complainers. Parking is ample and designed so you can't drive quickly and run someone over. Lots of parking even when it's busy.
