Dr Donald Chan is a kind caring man who never makes me feel rushed and it is wonderful having a Dr who has my medical history. We have always been treated with kindness and a genuine interest for our well being. I was surprised to read a negative review as this has never been our experience. I like that you are required to remove your dirty shoes at the door, and slippers are provided. The front reception staff is efficient and well organized.”

The staff up front handle our paperwork and direct billing without issue, they are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. This office has most dental services under one roof. Cally our hygienist is friendly, out going and excellent at her job, our kids love her. Dr. Wu is our dentist, she is friendly, professional and does not try pushing anything you don't want to do. “We booked a reservation just to be safe as it is Saturday night. We arrived on time and were seated quickly. The server came fairly quick and got us started with waters and menus. Ordered escargot, mushroom Neptune, steaks and lobster, and dessert. Escargot was in a mild curry sauce which was different but tasty, Neptune was creamy and smooth. Steak was cooked well, lobster a touch over done with a bit of a rubbery texture but I think it was under the heat lamps for a bit as the server asked us not to touch the plates as they were hot. Which happens sometimes when appetizers and mains come out too close together. Had the Billy miner pie and a cherry cheesecake. Miner pie is huge but so tasty, cheesecake was smooth and creamy. Server was quick, friendly, and overall a good experience!”
