“This place is the best bang for your buck hotel I've ever stayed at! Room are very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud; they even have firm and soft pillows to choose from! You have everything you need in the kitchenette (pots, pans, cutlery, dishware, toaster, etc.). There's also a place where you can rent out things like board games, grills, blenders, slow cookers, and a wide variety of other things. The laundry facilities are free to use. Underground parking is free. The gym has better equipment than what I've seen at some actual gyms. I really can't speak highly enough about this hotel!”

“Pool and self serve breakfast was not available due to covid-19 but a nice little bag breakfast was great. I understand these issues as I'm a manager in a different motel in another town. Gentleman at check in was awesome. Even after putting us on top floor and having power go out in neighbourhood 15 minutes after we arrived. He was very knowledgable about everything. Top employee. We will be back.”

“The pool has issues, my 3 boys went in the pool and all 3 had thier feet sliced up. Speaking to the front desk about it, the gentleman said he would fill out a report. The customer service was great we did book out of the hotel, unhappy kids means unhappy parents. However they are going to fix the pool issue asap and they did refund us our 2 days stay. The room and service was great, if the incident with the pool did not happen we would have continued to stay. However our kids were scared to go back into the pool and as we need a long term stay having the kids not being able to go swimming was a issue for us so we opted to go to a other hotel with a pool. TLDR: Has issue with pool cutting up kids feet. Customer service was excellent would recommend. Even though there was a issue they comped us and made us feel valued. Would stay again after they fix the pool.”

Decent portion sizes and decent food presentation. Service: generally fairly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. May need to wait a little at times. Atmosphere: fairly open with booth and table seating. Fairly modern look. Restaurant is bigger than what it looks like from the outside. “Bad experience with ordering the wood online. 60 percent of what I received was a scrap. Deformed lumbers, raw and heavy,with plenty of twigs. Taking an opportunity from the tough time they are trying to sell the worst first...my bad, I didn’t check it because I trusted their professionalism and honesty. Now I am reaping it, wasting my time to sort the good ones... instead of just to measure and cut..only trust yourself...thank you..”

“I took my truck here for a check engine light and tire installation. Service department was friendly, helpful and prices were very fair. Unfortunately, they overbooked customers so my truck didn’t get into the garage until 2:00 despite having a 9:00 appointment. Thankfully their location is convenient so it wasn’t a big deal.”

“We all enjoyed our food! However, perhaps it was an off night as our food took a long time to come out. They forgot to give us our appetizer so they brought it out after our meals came out, which I’m glad I got them (I reminded them). They also lost our left overs (got thrown out) rather than packaged and given back to us. The hot sauce on the wings is strange. All in all, our food and service was good. As I said before, it must have been an off night.”
