I'm mixed on the rating I want to give on when I hired them to put in a patio paved deck.
Pro:
When he came to assess everything, was a really nice guy and honest. Offered the best quote out of 4 companies I called to come out (1 didn't even bother to come). The job took 3 days in total to do, so was very happy about that. As well the patio looks great.

Con:
As others have mentioned, he can take forever to get back to you. It was constant leaving messages through emails and phone calls, for almost 8 months from when he was last at house to give a quote before got things going. I wasn't home while the work was being done, so no idea who did the work, Shane or someone else. I came home to discover that my spray hose handle was broken after they used it. Which is fine, since accidents do happen, but they didn't let me know and just put it back. I sent a follow up email asking about some maintenance questions for the deck but never heard back (as well as my broken hose spray).

Shane has been amazing at the work he has completed for me over a number of years both with my commercial properties and residential property. He knows his business and does outstanding work. More companies should care as much about how the end result looks. Perfection at its best!
