(February 16, 2019, 9:08 pm)Friendliest place in town, with great management and staff. The menu is expertly crafted in house and the beer list is second to none. Salz Sundays with one-off menu items and unique cask beers are especially fun! Mike rules!
(January 23, 2019, 8:27 pm)I enjoyed my lunch here. Had the regular bratwurst with mustard. It comes with chips and a few pickled veggies. Very friendly staff. You can buy the bratwurst here to take home as well. 4 regular bratwurst for $8.
(January 23, 2019, 7:44 pm)This cozy little place has very decent sausage! Compared to most restaurant sausage, this will exceed your expectations! Although if you have a good deli/butcher, you may have had better.
The curry ketchup is the star of my meal today (bratwurst on a baguette). That was done right with the balance of spice and sweet flavour. Baguette was top notch too. Soft on the inside and outside crunchy but not hard enough to cut your mouth.
I like the minimalist interior, but if you're looking for a European feel to go with your sausage, you'll want to go else where. I am happy to say Queen was the soundtrack, but I can see a few of you missing out on polka.
The staff were friendly and on top of keeping us happy. Would definately come.back.
(January 12, 2019, 8:50 pm)Great little place tucked away and somewhat hard to find. Nice local (in house) made sausages with some twists. Very friendly staff and cute little space. Very hard to miss as they are tucked away out of site but great food. Have a nice Wednesday deal that is quite cheap and filling, nice local and Alberta based brews on tap.
(December 22, 2018, 8:04 pm)OSB walls, big social table in the middle, the friendliest staff in the world, fancy ‘Berta craft beer, ridiculous brats, dang good German delights, pretzels on point, slick summer patio possibilities with the roll up window. I can’t say enough about this place. Pretty sure Mike sleeps there, either that or he’s the most dedicated guy ever. Go and visit, get wasted, or just enjoy a nice pint and some delicious grub in this brilliant “new Edmonton” style hangout.
