(February 9, 2019, 8:25 pm)I highly recommend Trevor and his team at The Reel Doctor, I had a 715c camera that wasn’t turning on, I talked to Trevor on the phone and he said to bring it in and he’d have a look at it to see what the issue was(even though I never purchased it through him) After some diagnoses it turned out my camera was toast, my warranty had just run out 3 weeks earlier so I was pretty sure I was S.O.L but Trevor had dealt with Aqua-Vu on my behalf and to my surprise they had a new camera on its way for me. Couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness from Trevor, I will be making the trip from red deer more often to have that kind of service again! Truly worth the drive for amazing service! Thanks again Trevor

(August 20, 2018, 7:25 pm)The cord on my sonar transducer got damaged and a new one was going to cost almost $200. I spoke to Trevor about the possibility of repairing the damaged one. I really appreciated that he gave me a realistic expectation of whether it would work or not. I chose to gamble on repairing rather than replacing it. He did the repair in a reasonable amount of time and honored the quoted price. When I got the transducer back, he had used some kind of coating to ensure the wire repair was water tight. I took the boat out the other day and the sonar functions like new. Very impressed with the service I got and would recommend The Reel Doctor to anyone!
