Cogan built us a replacement deck. I was very impressed with Alan and his crew. From the outset, communication was great and he actually took the time to come out and take a look at my old deck. I am always a little bit skeptical with online reviews, but I have to say everything I read about them online reflected our experience. Highly recommend and will consider them for future work.

Alan built a 2 tier deck for us at the start of the spring season this year. He was easy to work with when it came to design and communicated well throughout the project. There were hiccups at the start of the build due to the frost but his team worked hard to overcome it. Our deck is something I am extremely proud of and so thankful that Alan was able to put this together for us. There have been minor fixes to address through the building permit process but Alan has been quick to address.

I had the pleasure of working with Alan years ago, he is a very talented carpenter and an honest and trustworthy person.
