Dr. Kara is very knowledgeable and uses a wide array of assessments to get to the core of what the problem is. If the thought of going to a chiropractor scares you, think of her as more of a healer. This isn't a "crack you and send you packing" kinda place.

Kinetic Living is a beautiful space with caring staff. They are a clinic for the modern world; cognizant about the community around them. I DJ'd for their very first community sweat - a beach volleyball tournament in their neighborhood. Kinetic was easy to deal with and put on an amazing event that was free of charge and allowed their "village" to mingle and connect.

Dr. Kara is the best! I had major jaw issues for almost 6 months and had seen my dentist, went to physio, acupunture + massage seeing little change and still in pain. I went to see Dr. Kara and right away started to notice a difference. She made such a positive change for my jaw when no one else seemed to be able to figure out the problem. She solved the problem right down to its core instead of treating only symptoms. If I ever have a problem again, I don't think I could go anywhere else!
