It would be nice if they start Asr prayer after Asr time starts according to Hanafi rule.
Juma khutbah should be short and in Arabic. A separate English bayan can be arranged before khutbah.
There are some kids keep playing during the khutbah and juma prayer which is unacceptable. Please keep your kids with you so that they can't disturb other muslim when they are praying. I have never seen any khatib addressing this issue .. as if they don't it happens here. -
