Tim Hortons

Tim hortons is tim hortons. It's got great coffee, food and service. It's my go to place for my wake up java.

A smaller than typical Tim Horton's location. Service was okay. We ordered through the kiosk that they have at the entrance. We had to remind staff of our complete order. They disputed if we had ordered food until they looked at the receipt.

Tims has nice employees working there and the food is always consistent. My issue is with the self order screens. They put these things in to increase revenue (customers will order more from a screen than a person) and to decrease overhead by having fewer employees. The problem is with customer orders increasing via the screens there aren't enough employees to both fill these orders and take orders from the people who stand in the line to order from a real-live employee.
