Robyn goes above and beyond the relaxing treatment on the table. Her extensive knowledge allows for her to educate her clients on why then have pain in certain areas, and the self help they can do to treat these problems in between massages.
From my first treatment... besides the relaxing massage that leaves you feeling great, Robyn has taken the time to listen to me describe my aches and pains and she has a treatment plan for it all.

Just wanted to express how impressed I was with Keeley Smith at the clinic. She was knowledgeable and friendly and so good at managing to sort out my shoulder in such a short period of time! Excellent and would highly recommend if you’ve suffered an injury and are looking to get back to your full potential as quickly as possible.

Keeley is an amazing Physical Therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She ensures to educate me about what is going on and why we are doing what we are doing - which really motivates me to continue with my exercises. Keeley takes the time to teach me my exercises in a way that I understand, and I really like that she is understanding of my situation, so there's no pressure. She is also really well connected, so if you need something she can't provide, she knows where you can go. My sessions have been so enjoyable and my health has improved quite significantly in my time working with Keeley.

I have seen Robyn for massage and Keeley for physio and my experience with both of them was fantastic. Both work from a holistic, integrative framework and their knowledge and practice is impressive. I will definitely be back to Zenith Wellness in the future. Definitely recommended.
