I want to shout from the rooftop about the fantastic customer service I get from Susan Z. with respect to my insurance needs. Susan not only takes care of me, but also takes exceptional care of my other family members. I always feel Susan listens to me and gives me the best rate. She also goes above and beyond in handling my elderly mother's insurance needs, and helps to educate my daughter on her insurance needs. Susan is a great ambassador for Access Insurance, and because of the fantastic service she gives me, I never miss the opportunity to tell my friends that Access Insurance should be the first place they look for insurance coverage.

Specifically Kim B. took the time to answer all my questions and explained all the ins and outs of renewing my insurance. Called to get insurance on a Friday morning. Left a message, and half hour later, they returned my call. The lady (Tammi) that helped me was extremely personable and efficient. We had a few hiccups with the computer but that did not stop her from working late to get our paperwork done. Highly recommend!! Amazing service. Found us a great rate!! Will definitely use this broker again!!

I was in a hard spot after missing my renewal date on my car insurance so I was super happy to have Tammi work everything out for me! She offered me the best rate out of several other places I called and she was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. Access Insurance Group seems like a pretty decent place to have car insurance, but, what really sold me on going with them was Tammy. So, thank you Tammy! 4/5 Stars because no one can give me free insurance.

I called Access and spoke to Tammi about insurance. I had an issue and she was able to help me out. I called a bunch of companies prior and no one took the time to try and help me like she did. Great professionalism, great knowledge, and great to deal with. Excellent service. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get help with insurance.
