(September 16, 2018, 5:11 pm)I recently had a roof repair. The company estimated in the range of $250 to $500. The repair person came and found that the material he had does not fit. He returned a few days later and fixed the roof. I late received a bill of $250 which is at the very low end of the estimate. I am pleasantly surprised. I commonly encountered cases (with other service provides) where the actual cost is higher than or at high end of estimate. This is a good experience and it shows that the company is trustworthy.
