When I first contacted Kim at Allstate Insurance, I was only interested in vehicle insurance. She took care of me quickly and efficiently. I had no claims in the first year, so was extremely surprised when she personally contacted me at my renewal to see how she had done in the year. I happened to need to add a car to my policy, which she took care of immediately. Since she had taken such great care, and I also needed tenant insurance, I called her to inquire about that, and she answered all my questions, and got me a great product in my budget.
When my daughter started driving, she ensured I was covered for her driving, and then when my daughter bought her first car, Kim was there for us. Through the inevitable claims from my family, she has been with us each step - making sure we were taken care of and that the claims process was smooth and efficient.
I can‛t imagine having home and auto insurance anywhere else. Kimberly is amazing at her job, efficient, prudent and thoughtful. I would recommend Kimberly Demchuk with Allstate to anyone looking for home and auto insurance. Her care is second to none.

Kim has been amazing for my family and our insurance needs! I couldn't have been happier when we switched to Allstate. The rates are great but the coverage and service, especially from Kim, has been exceptional!
