  My hot water heater broke down and I called 5 different companies for help. I confirmed with one company over the phone but when they arrived the quote was much higher. Their cost for the tank was outrageous so I opted to buy my own and get the tech to install it. The tech told me that he had a quick appointment then would return. I had the tank ready for installation in about 45 minutes but when I called the company all of a sudden no techs were available for 2 days. That's when I called Butler. They took my info, I sent a picture of the old tank, have me a quote and the tech was there in under 45 minutes. Travis was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. In short order the tank was installed, great work for a good price. Well done Travis.

  Very happy with service. Called in the morning with furnace issues and Bryce was there by early afternoon. He figured things out quite quickly and got them resolved. You're now my "go to" folks. Thanks

  We've used Butler Plumbing twice in the last 2 months or so and both experiences were great! Brock and an apprentice (sorry, I can't remember his name, but he was lovely!) came out to our new house to install new appliances, a sink, a toilet and two shutoff valves the previous owners never put in. They worked speedily and did a great job.
  
  Then last week a pipe froze and burst in our old house. I called and tried to ask for Brock again, but was a bit frazzled so said "Brian" instead-- luckily they had a Brian too, and he was fantastic as well! He came over the same day, found the source of the leak quickly and managed to minimize the damage to the drywall by cutting as small a hole as possible into a closet. He was also very patient with us, as my husband and I tested every toilet, tap and water-using appliance in the house while he was still there to make sure there were no other leaks! He also got it done really quickly-- less than 90 minutes, so we were very pleased with the bill when it was all said and done.
  
  Will definitely be using Butler Plumbing for anything plumbing-related from now on!

  Called them for a toilet repair and was able to arrange a visit within 24 hours of my call. Staff were personable and informative. Repair was made promptly. Have used Butler for many different plumbing and heating issues over the last several years and have never been disappointed with their work or customer service.

  Brian from Butler Plumbing was amazing.
  He had a group of children watching him snake the drain. He took the time to talk with all the children to tell them what he was doing.
  Explained to all the staff what he was doing and what the issue was.
  Super friendly and down to earth, very personable .An example so nice to meet you an addressed us by our names, have a great day, take care etc.
  
  If you want a great friendly plumber ask for Brian.
