Overall staff are quite friendly, we have however noticed the female staff member being rather rude or almost unimpressed with us on a few occasions for no apparent reason... we actually will not go in when she is on shift and go elsewhere. Its a shame as we take our kids here routinely for treats and slushies.

The product: just popped by for a coffee and it's not too bad. Got a medium dark roast from the self serve but it's definitely not as strong as others I've had

The people / service: I actually have had to pop by this location on two occasions now both because I have the bladder the size of a peanut haha but both times the cashier was really nice and friendly about me using their facilities. Greeted me with a smile very pleasant experience. Both times was at around 8-8:30pm.
