Very nice store, all items were very organized. The staff were friendly. Good price point.

So many cute accessories and plushies and phone cases and unicorn goods and fake jewelry and real jewelry and ALL THE THINGS!

HOWEVER: Some of the products offer good quality, while others will give you/your child higher-than-recommended exposure to harmful metals.

My daughter has been asking for a while to get her ears pierced. We had previously gone in to another Claire’s location in the city to inquire, but they seemed to push the $100+ ear piercing option that is just not in the budget, and made me feel bad about not “giving my daughter the best”. I am a single mom and provide my child with the very best that I can.

I decided to take her into the south common location to try again. Stephanie was great. She offered the diamond option but when I said it was out of budget for us, she very kindly asked what we were looking to spend, and excitedly showed us the options that would work for us, and explained all of the benefits of the different styles and different types of metals.

Stephanie was great about sharing the aftercare instructions, and made sure my (very nervous!) daughter was comfortable with the procedure every step of the way. The piercing was quick and although my daughter did she’d a few tears, Stephanie was able to quickly calm her down and excitedly showed my girl her new earrings!
