(February 8, 2020, 3:12 am)Great pizza with the best cheese-to-crust ratio in the city. Also the crust is always cooked through but never dry, and the cheese is always perfectly browned and melted. Generous with the ingredients and never drenched in sauce. And their red sauce actually tastes good and makes the pie better. There are 'fancier' boutique pizza places locally, but I find myself ordering time and again because Cosmic is deeply satisfying. We also like their donairs too and will occasionally opt for them. But go with the regular unless you're Kobayashi; the large is enormous.
