  I booked a short notice service appointment with Clarence Ell less than 24 hours in advance, on a Saturday. My vehicle was brought in promptly and the service (including a recall I hadn’t planned on attending to) were all completed in almost exactly an hour while I waited. Any time I receive service from Clarence Ell it is always top notch, on time, and exceeds my expectations.

  Bought my Ford Explorer Sport from Freedom Ford recently!! Very friendly, kind and supportive staff! They were willing to provide us with a good deal before we even negotiated. Been to other Ford stores previously, but Freedom Ford is the best place! Would recommend it to all Ford lovers!

  Five stars. Kim, Director of First Impressions, desk in sales, is a wonderful first contact for Freedom Ford. Mike the General Manager is positioned effectively to be available to customers and staff. Business runs really well with the best cohesive connection i've seen in a long time. Jennifer my Service Advisor was direct, forthright, and knowledgeable. Even though I had misgivings about the repair she obtained photos on her personal phone to show me the problem. I appreciate her keen customer service ability. Friendly comfortable and pleased to do the best she can do. Complete repairs done ahead of schedule amid high season for problems being -50 with wind chill. It was quoted out by other dealerships and repair facilities in not days but weeks. Service Megan and Roxane also on the service team were pleasant and fun to deal with. It seems to be the go to place in the city for fair honest deals. Maybe Francis will sell me a car one day. I have not been to a ford dealership before that cares this much for your ride. Wow, just wow!! Oh coffee and a cash restaurant for staff and customers......
