this sales associate was so helpful. Her name was rema. She took initiative when I needed an item but I had children with me. I didn’t do their reserve online so i didn’t know how else to get it and this young lady stepped forward and offered me curbside pick up. I just don’t understand why the management wouldn’t offer me that before. If you need any help with customer service she’s the girl you go to. Only reason I’ll ever be coming back to that store.

The only place I can go for gifts knowing I will be able to satisfy every kids wish list. Enjoyable and super helpful staff, and they even wrapped my presents. It's the little things that keep you coming back like for instance scratch and sniff taco cards ?

I don’t have much experience with children’s toy stores, however this one seemed to be well stocked. We came Labour Day weekend and there were a number of deals as well as a giant stuffed elephant display which was pretty cool. We also got our gifts wrapped for free so that was an added bonus.
