(July 3, 2020, 4:08 pm)The customer service here is excellent and you can thank joyce at the window for that. Her customer service is second to none. She takes great pride and genuinely cares about her customers. She remembers all her regulars. You can tell because everyone loves to talk to her. From a business perspective she promotes coffees, coupons and promotional items. She told me once she had to stop promoting because she sold the store out of stock on a new promo item. You can thank her for these sales because all her customers know her, trust her and listen to her. I have never had such great service from a fast food joint.
