Great customer service and they serviced our car (Toyota Matrix) so quick on short notice right before closing time. They are really good at what they do and we appreciate the great job. Overall great prices and awesome experience.

If you’re looking for a shop that will pander your your every whimper - this is not your shop. Keep walking! Mike & Team are exceptionally good. Honest work for honest pay. Definitely a 5 star rating. The prices are some of the best in the city and for sure the best on the south side. As they are the fairest and very well trusted - there is a wait. This isn’t your local tire chain - they don’t do in and out money grab. You get what you give. Seen people try to barter for a better price even though they are already far under the going cost and rate - they get told like it is - and if you’re a sensitive soul you mistake that for ignorance or bad customer service. Quite the opposite - you don’t need to walk on egg shells around these guys and they don’t walk on egg shells around their customers. 5/5 for everything! We’ve gone here the past few years and they are yet to disappoint, even a little.
