(February 26, 2019, 1:58 pm)Imagine waking up to find no heat in my house at 5am. It's -35 outside and the temp in my house is 14. I phoned this company at 515 am. I had prompt professional service at 545 am. The gentleman that came was very friendly and explained everything to me. I was expecting to pay a fortune for the repair and an after hours service call. This was not the case as it was very affordable. Thank you for the fantastic fast service!
(February 21, 2019, 11:30 pm)Our experience with Night n Day Home Services was positive from start to finish. My call was answered promptly by a very friendly lady (I didn't catch her name). She dispatched a service manager, Kris, who arrived within the promised time frame (very quick!). Furthermore, Kris was able to determine the cause of our furnace problem, provide us with viable solutions, and followed through until the furnace was repaired. Kris kept us in the loop during the whole process, and the price he quoted was exactly what we paid once the work was completed. There were no surprises. How refreshing to deal with a company that`s honest and reliable! We took a chance on Night n Day Home Services based on the positive online reviews, and luckily we weren't disappointed. (Clair)
(February 13, 2019, 2:06 am)I have used Night n Day for both a tune-up and during an emergency and both times I have been more than satisfied. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous, and didn't mind me asking questions about my furnace or explaining what he was working on. Overall a good experience and would recommend and use again.
