(March 6, 2019, 5:57 pm)I have had my tires swapped twice at OK tire. Although it took about an hour longer than they anticipated each time (2 hour vs. 1 hour) the staff is amazing. Super friendly, ready for you when you walk in, and give you exactly what you need when it comes to your vehicle. It has a great little waiting area with kids toys and Tim Hortons or the Meadows Rec center are conveniently located within walking distance. I would highly recommend this location.
(February 28, 2019, 10:24 pm)I was getting my rims powder coated and Zack, Tyson and the crew took great care of me, arranging to have my wheels removed and then remounted once i had the rims re-coated....and all of this during the winter tire rush....top notch work. The then were incredibly helpful when i decided to lower my ride which caused issues with the upper control arms throwing out the alignment. They sourced some hard to find adjustables and got them installed in a very short time explaining everything along the way. These guys are the best! Highly recommended! Will definitely be going back!
(February 20, 2019, 6:47 pm)I just had my car serviced and I am fully satisfied. Zach, my service advisor explained everything that I need to know. Unlike other shops, they don't upsell unless unless you need it and they don't threaten you if you don't get the services. They care about you and your vehicle. I strongly suggest this shop. Great job!!!
