  I would highly recommend Richfield Plumbing. They were great to work with setting up the job, and ordering the parts we required. Very patient providing multiple options for the job. They arrived on time, fully prepared, completed the job in a timely manner as expected and on budget. Very polite, respectful and nice young guy that did the work. I wouldn't hesitate calling them the next time I need any work.

  I was so impressed. Terry, the service man, showed up exactly on time. He was friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my hot water problem but ensured I would be able to do it myself, if this problem ever occurred again.

  Good guys. They worked on my plumbing issues and I have no complaints. On time, accurate and clean. Jeremy was my plumber he explained me what needs to be done and gave me couple options. Very pleasant .

  Jeremy came to our condo to fix our Shower. He was great, and was able to rectify what the last plumber messed up on our shower handle. I researched other plumbers in the City, and these guys are by far the best in the City. Highly recommended.

  I got a backwater flow valve installed and these guys were great. I would highly recommend anyone getting this done to go with Richfield Plumbing. Great communication, good price, and they have guys that know what they're doing.
  
  - Provided quick quote based on pictures and instructions I provided by email. I would much rather use technology to communicate and save everyone some time.
  - Explained the work that had to be done very clearly and stuck to the quoted price. (I've had so many bad stories of other plumbers trying to up sell things that are not required).
  - The guys that did the work are great. They got the job done and were very neat and tidy even though the job is fairly messy. They provided tarps to prevent getting the flooring dirty.
  
  I went with them based on a youtube video they provided. They explain the process of installing a backwater check valve very clearly and demonstrate their expertise in this area. Anyone can tell you they know what they are doing but these guys were the only ones who demonstrate it with evidence so I went with them.
  
  A+ would highly recommend for big or small job.
