I ordered by phone and asked for a color which I did not technically know the name of. Colin did his best to find me "sand" and a roller for a textured floor. They worked out perfectly! I did not want to enter the store and was very happy with the curbside pickup. Thanks again Sherwin-Williams.

Super helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly Rep helped us find the finish we wanted in the color we wanted.
My small breed dog was also welcomed in the store on leash.

My first time purchasing S-W Paint. Since they are currently only offering curbside service, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was very satisfied with the experience. The salesman brought paint swatches to my car, then he guided me through ordering the correct paint over the phone. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Thank you for the great service!

Very very good customer service. Extremely kind and friendly, worker was able to advise me of the best products to buy for my bedroom wall. I was very happy with the overall experience and the new paint looks great!
