Exactly what I needed. I am from out of town and my father passed away. I was able to handle everything over email and they were able to mail the documents and ashes right to myself in Ontario. This process was so simple and easy. This company really understands that sometimes in easing the process from being difficult and long, to efficient and fast allows families to move on and grieve in their own way. The service provided was professional and perfect for what we needed. The staff is courteous and showed the options regarding urns etc. Everything was taken care of for us, including all the forms for the government we were given. Thanks very much.
