I have been working out and taking supplements or one sort or another since the late 80's when all we had were egg album powder and vitamins and truly Mark is one of the few guys behind a supplement counter that I found really knew their stuff about nutrition supplementation and working out!

He was super friendly, and even encouraged me to get the supplements that were on sale, rather than making me pay more money for the same thing from a different company. Will definitely be back to the store- it was clean, well laid out and pretty big and spacious!

Then went over more in-depth on diet and exercise. Overall really happy with my purchase and the info I got from Mark! We’ll be back for sure.
