Edit : dear fibre nook .... I went in to buy some wool , Canadian would be nice I said... I ended up with 25% polyamide ... From Uruguay and my receipt ( don't know if I still have it ) said 34$ and the label on the yarn says 30$.... What's up ?!?!?! Would of been nice to have been told your no longer buying pure wool and no longer buying Canadian !! Thanks for looking into this

I took an intro class here with Paula - my first foray into the world of knitting. I’ve found everyone I’ve interacted with at The Fibre Nook to be friendly, patient and inclusive. I’ve gone in a couple of times since my class to purchase items or ask for help, and have had all of my questions answered with a smile. I’d definitely recommend making this your local yarn store!

Best store I’ve ever been in. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and even more friendly. They accept every one that walks through the door. They have an amazing products and support local artists, hold classes and a multitude of get togethers, on top of drop in knitting to just pop by and enjoy company while you knit. Can’t get better than this!

Had all the things I would expect in a good knitting store, beautiful yarn, a wide variety of needles and notions. But it's an amazing knitting store: it also has couches and drop-in friendly knitting advice anytime, plus organised groups on certain days. I went in just to look and the folks there were very patient with my detailed questions about my current project. I'll definitely be going back.
