The Spa Spot Hot Tubs - Edmonton

i was in the market for a swim spa last year and had narrowed it down to a couple places. We decided to purchase from the Spa Spot. I have to say that this was the best decision we have ever made. This past winter we hadn't winterized our swim spa properly and all the pipes ended up freezing and bursting and the heater went as well. I had phoned Candice and Kyle immediately and they had sent out Kevin to have a look. I was so stressed because we had only had it for a year and I didn't know how much everything was going to end up costing. Kevin came out right away and I explained what had happened. Without any hesitation Kyle had told Kevin to fix the swim spa. Kevin had stayed late till the evening to get the pipes fixed and came super early in the morning (to work around my schedule) to get the swim spa running as good as new. There are other companies out there selling the same products some are less some are more but I have to say, they are probably the best company I have ever dealt with. Honest and hard working people and care about their customers. When buying a swim spa, you not only need to look at the product to ensure that you're getting a really good quality, but I now know also that after care is so important. If I could give more than a 5 star for this company I really would. I could not recommend them enough. If you are in the market, please go and check them out.

The Spa Spot is easily the best value for your back when it comes to hot tubs. The staff were easy to deal with and there was no pressure. We have owned our hot tub from them for 2 year's and the service has been the best we have ever received. THANK YOU SPA SPOT.

My boyfriend and I are so pleased with the service we received from start to finish with the staff at The Spa Spot. They have gone over and beyond to assist us with our hot tub. So over and beyond, one of their staff members came to our acreage east of the city to assist us with setting up our Hot Tub. We highly recommend The Spa Spot if purchasing a Hot Tub!

I got my hot tub in four days. The selection and amount of hot tubs in stock is impressive. The price was unbeatable. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me an excellent education. The delivery was on time and the installers were polite and professional. After one month I was having a electric issue. I called Kyle and he had technicians come and the problem was solved in less than 24hrs. I am very confident buying at Spa Spot was the right choice!

WE LOVE OUR TUB! We met Kyle (the owner) at a few of the trade shows but this year decided to start shopping with the intention to buy. We felt he was the most knowledgeable and personable salesperson. He also encouraged us to shop around which gave us the "no pressure" feeling. What we found was that Spa Spot focused on our specific needs, asked us the right questions and didn't dodge any of the information we had been given elsewhere. At the end of the day, his tub prices were the best but we felt the most CONFIDENT in going with them. The installation crew was on time, polite and mindful of our fence and yard when moving such a heavy machine. Their tub tech Dallas even took my call Easter weekend when I had a question - which we resolved quickly and he was more than happy to help. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would highly recommend Kyle and his crew, we will only ever buy a tub from them.
