Bear Humeniuk has been visiting our branches here in Edmonton for the past roughly 15 years and I have nothing but the best words to describe the experiences we have had with him. He is always so happy-go-lucky, friendly, cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to ensure that we are happy here at F12. If something gets missed or the wrong item is dropped off, he is quick to resolve the issue and is back in making us as happy as ever with the services provided. We get our mats, terry cloths and tea towels from them along with soap, TP , facial tissues and paper towels. Thank you for all the years so far Bear! You rock!

UniFirst has been delivering mats, roll towels and bathroom supplies to us at Cameron for 16 years, and for all 16 years we have had Bear (Barry) delivering to us. He is always lots of fun and we look forward to when he delivers here. Great service from both Unifirst and Bear!

Proform has been with UniFirst for almost a year now, and service has been great the entire time. Our service rep is Bear, and he is great at what he does. You can definitely tell that he loves his job! He is super friendly and thorough every week. If we ever need our order modified or extra stock he takes care of it right away. We use UniFirst matts and cleaning products at our office. Could not be happier with the company, products or service!

An update: Thank you Alanna and the staff at the Edmonton office who reached out so quickly to address the situation. The thought and consideration in the matter is very much appreciated. There was definitely great concern and interest in customer service expressed at all levels.

Filled out a quote request form on their website and received a call from someone at their regional office. Never have I felt as though requesting a quote is an inconvenience until now. The woman who called was so rude. What awful customer service.

Tundra has been with Unifirst for quite a few years now, and Bear is our guy. You won't meet a nicer guy than Bear. We always look forward to his visits; he's such a pleasure to talk to, does an amazing job and there are never any issues. Unifirst is great, we're so happy to be with them.
