I have used Window Surgeon a few times now. The service is always excellent. Today I dealt with a nice gentlemen name Steve. He was friendly, knowable and upfront with all the services and products they offer. He was also not pushy to try and sell you everything. The service was fast and the price is fair. I will gladly use them again.

This is my second windshield I have taken to Windshield Surgeons for a replacement. It was very easy and safe (due to Covid-19). I would highly recommend this company! The prices can't be beat and their customer service is great. I checked with a couple other companies to compare replacement prices for my Toyota Matrix and they were consistently under what other competitors were quoting me. Great people and stellar work!!

We got our windshield replaced mid November also paid extra for the moulding and new wipers. A little over two weeks later we ended up with a crack. At first we thought it was due to two things which resulted in a pressure crack. One our wipers were too long, they were past the windshield/the car itself so when in use it was knocking the windshield and two, the moulding was poorly installed as it was moving in and out which was due to the wiper. Mainly this was also a mistake my partner had made as he didn’t inspect the work done the day it was done.

Under further inspection we noticed that it was actually due to a rock chip where conveniently the moulding should have been. As we went in for our scheduled meeting (which we are sorry we were a bit late) they said to my partner it wasn’t under warranty. We were going to take this loss but as he spoke to me I made sense of the situation, my partner was caught off guard didn’t know what to say to the manager. So he went back and reasoned with the manager. If the moulding was installed correctly as with the wipers, the wipers wouldn’t have stuck out hitting the moulding in and out and it wouldn’t be knocking the windshield. Then the rock wouldn’t have hit the windshield if both were install correctly because it was where the moulding should have been. What were the chances of that happening but it did.

With that being said the Manager understood second time around and for this we greatly appreciate the service! Mistakes happen and we are happy they understood what we were getting at. Attached a picture so any future customers can double check the work done.

It took them less than 30 minutes to replaced and they also replaced the wiper we had installed. My partner inquired on getting some insurance for future rock chips but was told they would have to speak to a district manager. They called back giving us complimentary 2x rock chip coverage. We didn’t expect that but we are more than willing to come back for future windshields as it’s bound to happen in Edmonton.

Overall, all staff were great from the frontlines all the way to head office! Great communication and pride and a company that actually cares and knows how to be accountable! Thank you!
