This store has a friendly staff. However, they did not have the phone in stock that they had on display. In this day and age, a brick and mortar store needs to have its products in stock.
I then went to the 34th ave location, where they told me the phone sale needed to be cash or debit, final sale. Why?
Next, I asked if I could change my phone number, and I was instructed to call the phone company. Why? Can't you do that in the store?
I still think Freedom is the best of the mobile carriers. However, more and more they are pushing two year contracts just like the Big Three. They seemed surprised that I wanted to buy a phone without a contract.

(October 28, 2018, 5:16 pm)Always great service, but man, someone tell these guys to use some air freshener in the store. Body odor is a very unflattering scent when you walk in.
