The Self Centre Massage Therapy & Acupuncture

We love the Self Centre and have been faithful clients for over 10 yrs. we have experienced a few Therapists and have difficulty choosing a favourite. Carl does amazing Fascia work and seems to have a magic touch when my chronic issues flare up. Kathryn at the Millwoods location gives an excellent whole body massage. Today I spent an hour with Melissa and had a very strong therapeutic massage. I will always choose the Self Centre first for mine and my family's massage needs

Brittany was awesome and gave a great massage to help with my back and neck soreness. Just the right mix of therapeutic and relaxation so I felt great during and after the massage. Cant wait to go back.

I have been going to the Self Centre for years. Great therapists who are experienced and who stick around. Direct billing is handy too.

Although a little hiccup with my massage appointment, I was glad that I gave it a chance as it was well worth it! Cassandra has hands of an angel and I literally felt I was waking on clouds after my massage. The facility was very clean and smelled wonderful not over empowering. Already booked another appointment for a different service. ????

Yolanda is amazing! She asks all the questions before the massage making sure you get exactly what you want. After she gives helping stretching tips for areas that are particularly tight. I've gone back many times. Highly recommend. Direct bill too!!
