Have been a tenant for over 5 years now and I have had very few problems/issues and the few that I have had were dealt with and resolved to my satisfaction..... The rent is cheap some places there ain't a DD..... I would suggest this rental company to anyone and everyone ???? YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED
All these 1 star reviews are saddening. I have now worked with this company for almost a year and I dont have anything bad to say. We have a great team working together and it's a small family owned business. No company is perfect we all have things we can improve on and us as a company are doing our best to make tenants our first priority. I give a 4/5 star rating because again we're not perfect. Out of the year I have been working for Rentex Homes Ltd I have learned quite a bit and continue to keep learning. Our maintenance crew does the best they can to attend to all maintenance issues as quick as possible. Myself and the office staff love dealing with tenants and we do our best to give amazing customer service. Our building and suite cleaner is doing a wonderful job at keeping buildings clean. My bosses are very easy going and easy to communicate and work with.
