(August 31, 2018, 9:45 pm)A modern and practical approach to Buddhist Meditation for us busy people. A quiet place to learn about how to become more peaceful. I've attended for over 5 years and as a mother of a toddler I can say it has transformed my life in a wonderful way! Definitely worth a visit, for non Buddhists and Buddhists alike.

Nothing like deoppdro in when we are frazzled to be guided towards a peaceful mind and to leave recharged, relaxed and ready for life's challenges . The centre is open to all, no need to be Buddhist.
(August 18, 2018, 4:41 pm)Such a beautiful and peaceful place. I love the teachings, They are practical and have made a noticeable and positive difference in all areas of my life at work, my life at home as a mother of three and wife of 20 years and my life in my extended community.
