Had to return an outfit because I lost some extra weight after having a baby and the jumpsuit didn’t fit right. I accidentally brought the debit receipt instead of the actual receipt (totally my bad) but the manager working was SO rude about it. The outfit was still being sold and had the tags on it and everything. I wouldn’t have even been mad if she said there was nothing she could do because it was my fault but she had attitude right from the beginning for no reason. Thankfully she let me exchange it for something different but made me do it right there on the spot. The sales girl was wonderful but I think the manager needed to cool it a bit.
