Tricia at the lower store in west ed said that she would love to give my good reviews to all the employees in the store she had done a amazing job with my problem in a professional matter not giving up on me with my problem and fixing the issue issue and getting the job done thanks you so much for the helpfulness really appreciated thanks she deserves a raise.

The guys that work in this store have excellent customer service skills.
I asked them to save an xbox for me and they had it all ready for me, I also but my devices here.

I recommend The Source, West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, Alberta - Canada
since the opening a regular customer with my family and relatives,
it was Radio Shack .
Marvelous store , bright , neat and clean .
2 locations at WEM , main floor and on the 2nd. floor as well .
Exceptional service .
Impressive .

Don't expect a Radio Shack. Mostly they sell phones and other laptops. Might as well go down the hall to the Apple Store, Microsoft Store, or one of many phone booths where you may get a good deal
