Amazing customer service. Don was incredibly patient and encouraged me to try many different running shoes until I found my dream pair. The new owners have done an incredible job making Fast Trax safe for customers during the pandemic while maintaining their commitment to excellent customer service.

Exceptional Customer Service!

I visited Fast Trax last week and they were incredibly helpful. I had previously bought a pair of runners in a brand I had been using for years from a different store, but these latest ones ended up giving me numbness in my feet. I told them my issue and they took the time to find the right fit for me. I didn't get his name, but it was a tall, slender man with lighter hair who helped me out. He was very patient and brought out numerous pairs of shoes for me to try on. I ended up leaving with a pair of Saucony Triumph 17's and tried them for the first time today. The lady at the counter was right, they are like running on clouds! I will definitely be returning.

Was in for kids ski equipment. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had several of their staff help me in my visits and all of them were great help. Totally recommend shopping with them for ski equipment. They have have been really good to my family.
