First Foundation

I was referred to Susan Serrano with First Foundation in Saskatoon by my real estate agent while I was in the early stages of actively pursuing my first home. I already had something in place with my bank, but Susan was able to get me a much better interest rate, as well as a mortgage amount that fit my needs far better! Susan was very quick to start processing everything after I got in touch with her. She was very flexible, and willing to take the time to look at many different options with me. She was always very quick with response times, and I always felt very up to date on everything throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!! Highly recommend to anybody looking to buy a home!!
