Flipping Infill Guys @ RE/MAX Excellence

When my husband and I decided it was time to look for a new home in Edmonton, we didn’t know where to start. We came upon the “Flipping Infill Guys @ RE/MAX Excellence”, and the rest is history! Our realtor, Dan Munch, is a real genuine soul who wanted us to find our forever home as much as we did! He has the utmost professionalism, courtesy, respect, knowledge, and experience in finding a good home…he has a joy for life that is contagious, and a great sense of humour! His website was awesome – he even called us at home after we’d been looking on the website for about a week, to introduce himself and find out more about us and what we were looking for. He then added suggestions of listings that had come up around Edmonton in the area we were looking at. And when it was time to look at some houses, he set up a full day for us to view about 7 homes. When it came time to make an offer, he had good suggestions and comments for us, and made us feel so calm and at ease with the entire process – from making the offer, counter-offering, acceptance of the offer, and then answering all of our many questions about the next steps involved with purchasing our forever home. He has great communication skills. A great human being and a great realtor – I would highly recommend Dan Munch and Dan Rorke, to anyone searching for a home!

These guys are awesome! They helped us find the perfect home for us. Daniel and Dan looked around for properties with us with patience and spoke about each stage of the buying process.
