Every experience depends on the person you have working with you. My case was pleasant because I had a realtor who listened to my requirements and did her homework to provide me with all the options necessary to make the right choice. My wife and I with the help of Scott purchase our first home. He is very knowledgeable and incredibly generous . As this was our first house, we didn’t had enough knowledge but he explained every thing to us and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. He is the best. We highly recommend her.

My experience house hunting with Scott was nothing but positive. He is very knowledgeable, works extremely hard for his clients and he did a great job of breaking down the home buying process and making it approachable to a first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Edmonton area!

I couldn't be more happy with the service received from Scott and how easy the whole process felt. He took care to offer his time whenever I was available, very knowledgeable about the market. Very honest, very polite, managed everything like a pro. Months later still checking on us if everything is fine. I will highly recommend Scott to anyone.
