I have used BHP several times for plumbing issues at my apartment building. The staff is very friendly and prices compare to most plumbing companies. When owning an apartment building problems usually happen after hours, the most important reason I use BHP is for after hours issues, my call goes straight to the technician on duty not to a call center, with other companies you have to wait hours for a technician to call you back if they even call me back... This is huge when you are in an emergency situation and need to know if they have the equipment on hand and can do the job and what their ETA is going to be so I can let the tenants know too. With BHP I get it all straight from the technician who will do the job. I also receive a detailed type written report making it easy to read so I can try to prevent similar situations in the future. I will be using BHP Mechanical again!
