Holiday Inn & Suites West Edmonton

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The restaurant downstairs has good food and the prices are fair. Would recommend.

I tried to check in but the boss hadn't booked a room yet so I'm out for lunch but the lobby is really clean, the staff is nice, but the layout is a little confusing but im excited to actually go there later tonight.

Not sure if all is being done to prevent covid19 most likley following GOA guidelines

we live north of Edmonton. We decided to stay two nights as I was having an early morning day surgery after the first night, and a follow up appointment after the second. We informed the hotel that we would need extra pillows and they provided us with them immediately upon asking. After the surgery we discovered I would need more and they delivered them within minutes of asking. Being on a liquid diet, they also provided us with a microwave to heat up my soup. On my way to the follow up appointment my husband went to drive the vehicle to the door and staff offered to help walk me to the vehicle. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Always enjoy Holiday Inn, but this is the first time we really tested their service and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
